Description

This binder is Vinyl Sealed and features clear overlaying outside pockets for full sheet insertions. The 2-3/4'' spaced 3 rings are mounted on the 8-1/2'' side to provide landscape viewing of your documents. The Straight-D ring used is nickel plated and confidently stores your loose leaf paper. The black vinyl is extra thick and has a lower freezing point that most vinyl products.
