11x17 Inc. has elected to not keep the credit card account number on our servers. This may come as annoyance to some customers but we feel the added extra security measure is appropriate in this day and age.

11x17 Inc. knows that in this day and age fraud is rampant. 11x17 Inc. carefully screens its customer service employees with criminal history background checks and credit checks. All employees of 11x17 Inc. are outstanding citizens in the Jacksonville area. It is company policy not to keep credit card information and that any information that contains credit card details be shredded at the point they are no longer needed. Customers previous orders are kept on file in a secured locked room with limited access. 11x17 Inc. takes pride in our proactive approach in trying to make sure all transactions are observed multiple times and verified by separate employees to help eliminate fraud attempts. 11x17 Inc. wants our customers to feel safe and secure when placing orders online or over the phone.
